Promoting the inclusion of women in tech from an early age

Convinced that there are many paths to the tech business, we are taking concrete action to encourage women to join and thrive in digital business lines. 
 

To this end, we run awareness-raising campaigns for young people and young women (presentations in schools, internships for girls in ninth grade) and support our young talent through the Connect & Tech Academy, which supports the skills development of our internship and work-study students throughout their user journey.

On a daily basis, our female role models show that it's possible to grow, take on responsibility and build a career in tech at SNCF Connect & Tech.
