To enable passengers to take full advantage of the various mobility services available, access to robust, efficient and scalable websites and apps is essential. That's why the SNCF Connect & Tech teams develop customised digital interfaces (websites and apps) specially designed for mobility authorities.
Our offer is based on five key principles, starting with the ability to adapt and customise to each mobility authority, thanks to a flexible design system. This system enables us not only to adapt logos and graphic guidelines, but also to customise certain pages, via an integrated CMS that allows autonomous personalisation of content and visuals. Our websites and apps are based on a solid technical structure, designed in line with the orchestration platform and the other products available (Tesmo Distribution, Tesmo Payment Hub, Tesmo Pay-as-you-go). This structure, common to all these digital platforms, guarantees a reliable solution and an optimal user experience.
User journeys are also designed to promote mobility, support sales and boost revenues. Our expertise in digital distribution means we benefit from a wide range of features: multimodal sales (rail, road, urban, etc.), route-based sales, 4-click purchasing or via favourites, banner optimisation and a high-performance back-office management portal. Another issue we care about is digital accessibility. The design of our solution complies with RGAA standards and is compatible with text-to-speech technologies. In terms of inclusion, our user journeys are designed to be accessible to all audiences, including people with reading difficulties. We offer translations in five languages, and carry out regular usability tests.
Last but not least, our Tesmo White Label offer is constantly evolving, with new features added all the time. It can integrate other mobility solutions such as Demand Responsive Transport (DRT), and offer innovative travel options such as pay-as-you-go (Tesmo Pay-As-You-Go).
