Tesmo Ticket Inspection

Committed to passenger safety on a daily basis, ticket inspectors on trains are also responsible for ensuring that every passenger has a ticket. They can now rely on a flexible, high-performance and simple ticket inspection and payment system, available directly on their smartphone. This solution will eventually equip almost 4,500 ticket inspectors in France.

A flexible, high-performance, easy-to-use solution

Changes in regional transport markets require mobility authorities and transport operators to upgrade their tools to meet new needs. To achieve this key objective, we have developed Tesmo Ticket Inspection - a multi-operator, multi-device, customisable solution.
 

Tesmo Ticket Inspection enables different types of user to access the platform, and to easily manage the addition and deletion of new profiles. The advantage is this single application can be used by all companies involved in transport inspection, while partitioning the different user types to guarantee adaptability, efficiency and security. In addition to being usable by different operators,Tesmo Ticket Inspection integrates multiple, multimodal ticketing data sources. Multiple ticket types can be scanned (2D barcode or NFC), and the tool can connect to an external server to query an account based ticketing account (customer account).

Designed for rapid and easy deployment, the Tesmo Ticket Inspection solution has been developed to be compatible with different mobile devices and operating systems. This means an optical reader or the device's native camera can be used. Lastly, because customisation is a key issue for all stakeholders, Tesmo Ticket Inspection can adapt to every digital environment (logo, charter, management rules, user journeys, etc.).
