We have set up a programme dedicated to well-being at work for all our employees, structured around 3 main pillars:

'Mental well-being'

Care for mental health and work/life balance through company agreements. Organisation of conferences on relaxation, stress management, access to personal development, etc.

'Physical well-being'

Ergonomic workstations, sports classes, osteopathy and nutrition advice, connected fridges, etc.

Remote working policy

Our remote working agreement is based on trust. We offer each employee:

Remote working

Up to 3 days of remote working each week, anywhere in mainland France and Belgium.

Full remote

Up to 6 weeks of full remote per year.

Allowance

An allowance of €30 per month.

Purchase of work furniture

50% reimbursement on purchase of work furniture (chair, screen), up to a maximum of €425.

Parenting Charter

We take good care of our employees with young children. Our charter provides for:

Access to maternity leave

Access to maternity leave without seniority criteria.

Working 50% for 100% pay

The possibility for mothers to work at 50% with 100% pay for one week after returning from maternity leave.

Children with disabilities

Assistance for children with disabilities.

Paternity leave

100% paid paternity leave for one month.

Remote working

1 week per month of remote working during pregnancy.

Leave for sick children

4 days for sick children paid at 100% and 1 additional day for a sick child aged 3 or under.

Onboarding

To support our talented new recruits during their first few months, we do everything we can to help them settle into the #DigitalMobilityChangers community as soon as they arrive, including access to the internal Teelt platform to help them build relationships, an induction day, a welcome box and a buddy programme...
