Strategic partnerships, such as the one with ALL, Accor's reservation platform and loyalty programme, which gives travellers access to ALL's varied hotel offering combined with SNCF Connect's sustainable mobility services to manage their end-to-end journeys.
 

At the same time, one of the key points is the teams' ability to present SNCF Connect users with relevant offers at the right time, particularly during seasonal ticket sales openings. These initiatives are based on close collaboration between the Marketing and CRM teams, guaranteeing a coherent and effective approach to meeting traveller expectations.
