As a French Tech company located at three sites in France - Lille, Nantes and Saint-Denis - SNCF Connect & Tech has met and continues to meet challenges related to recruiting tech profiles in a hyper-competitive market. To enhance the company's attractiveness, Noëmie Loiseau talks about the programme designed for new recruits, aimed at ensuring a smooth arrival thanks, among other things, to an overhaul of the administrative welcome and onboarding day.

To ensure continuity, the culture of well-being in the workplace is also a central pillar of the company's HR strategy. It continues beyond the arrival of new recruits, with access for all employees to the 'I Feel Good' programme, which promotes psychological well-being through various activities and the support of certified coaches. With 35% of employees enrolled, this programme is a resounding success and has contributed to SNCF Connect & Tech's 'Great Place To Work®' certification since 2019.

In this interview, Noëmie Loiseau reminds us that "our employees' quality of working life plays a crucial role in the company's collective success and performance,"thus underlining the importance of these factors in the SNCF Connect & Tech dynamic.
