SNCF Connect & Tech boosts its innovation strategy in 2024
Arnaud Monier, Chief Technology Officer at SNCF Connect & Tech, unveils the company's ambitions for 2024, taking a look at strategic missions and key projects, real drivers of innovation serving sustainable mobility.
In 2024, SNCF Connect & Tech announced an ambitious recruitment campaign aimed at welcoming many IT professionals into its ranks, representing two thirds of the company's 1,200 employees. Chief Technology Officer Arnaud Monier reviews the company's strategy, which is focused on innovation and jointly building digital solutions for travellers and mobility stakeholders alike.
New recruits and the tech experts already on board cover a wide range of missions: from the design of digital products to their production, without outsourcing to third parties in order to retain total control of the technologies and the company's information system.
This initiative is part of a strong culture of innovation, illustrated by initiatives such as Lab Inno and an annual in-house hackathon, which encourage creativity and skills development within the teams.
